There are 4 en-suite bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms at Villa Being, the Grand Pavilion has 1 en-suite bedroom and 2 bathrooms and the Height of Being has 2 en-suite bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

No. Unlike a typical house-style villa, Being Estate Villas is a private estate made up of separate standalone suites. Every guest has their own private space, complete with en-suite bathroom and personal space.
The estate is reserved exclusively for your group, so no outsiders will be present. You’ll enjoy the perfect balance of personal privacy and team experiences in common spaces like terraces, dining areas, and lounges.
We recommend a 4×4 vehicle as Tobago is a mountainous island. The access hill to Being Estate Villas is also steep.
Airport pickup and drop-off can be arranged as part of your package. Let us know your travel plans, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Yes. The villas are fully equipped with reliable Wi-Fi. Mobile reception is generally good, though guests are encouraged to unplug and unwind.
